Consultations
A 2 hour consultation offers support, brainstorming and a thorough checklist of all desired improvements. Consultations be-nefit those who are motivated to take action on their own but might not know where to start.
During an Organizing Consultation we walk through and evaluate either a specific room or your whole house/business. We discuss your needs to improve flow. A checklist with detailed suggestions is made; where to relocate, add, clear out or reorganize items.
A Staging Consultation provides you with a thorough check list how to appeal to more buyers and get your house sold. Recommendations might include fresh paint, simplfying or updating decor, moving excess "stuff" out of the way and rearranging your furniture to highlight your square footage.
Follow up appointments can be made to evaluate your progress.
Organizing & Staging
Please call to discuss your needs. I offer free evaluations during which we come up with a gameplan. I provide you one on one guidance, solutions and encouragement to achieve your goals. Unlike a consultation, I physically help you decipher, relocate and organize your items. Sessions last between 2-4 hours, depending on your schedule.
What is Staging?
Are you selling your home? Staging increases the sale value and appeal of your home to buyers. I physically come in and de-clutter, update accessories and if necessary rearrange furniture to highlight your home's assets. Staging also makes it easier for you when it's time to move to your new home.
